'''Kailea Vernius''' (? - 10,174 A.G.)was a member of [[House Vernius]].  She was the daughter of Earl [[Dominic Vernius]] and [[Shando Balut]], and the brother of [[Rhombur Vernius]].  She had a son, [[Victor Atreides]], with [[Leto Atreides]], however in a plot to kill Leto, and place her child upon the Atreides throne, she ended up killing Victor.  After hearing the news, she committed suicide.
