Rabban Harkonnen

Better known as "The Beast", Rabban is part of House Harkonnen and a nephew of the baron Vladimir Harkonnen. Rabban, like his uncle is fat and callous, unlike his uncle however Rabban is a muscle minded brute. Rabban held the Harkonnen governorship of Arrakis on two occasions (before and after the brief rule of Leto Atreides), during which he was ordered to crush the populace and squeeze out higher spice production.
